Some inspiration for your Friday...

New Music

I downloaded some new music yesterday that I wanted to recommend to you-

Matt and I already have JJ Heller's album, "Painted Red," and love it, and I happend upon this one. She released it last fall and I didn't realize it. I also found out that she is married and has a little girl who I think is 2 years old. I'm guessing that this album was written during the time that she had her daughter, based on the lyrics. I'm loving it.

She also keeps up a blog called Lovely Little Things in case you want to check it out. I don't know why I'm so surprised to see that she is so normal and not so different from me. Small world, I guess. We're not all that different, are we?

Christmas Music

I love Christmas music.  Matt and I have a great collection of Holiday CDs, and usually it is hard for me to wait until Thanksgiving to listen to them. This year, however, I have felt like I needed some fresh music for the season. So, I just got on iTunes and downloaded a CDs worth of new Christmas songs to enjoy in the car.  A majority of them are by Christian artists that Matt and I like. I haven't listened to it completely yet, but I have high hopes.  Here is my playlist, in case you'd like to do the same:
